Well, it has been sometime since I was on my Blog and here I am back at it. I have sold my house !!! That is an interesting story. First I tried to sell it my self as I as cleaning and preping the home to be sold I thought well lets give selling the home myself a try and in 30 days if that dose not work I will call Tiffany the best agent I know. After 30 days the house did not sell. We (Tiffany and myself) listed the home the week after Thanksgiving. The first week no one even looked at it. At this time I went and purchased a St. Joseph. I had read up on this saint and decided to purchase him. In the information that comes with St. Joe you are to bury him in your yard (gives you different ways you can do this and if you do your home is sure to sale) I was not sure if I wanted to bury him so for the first week I set him in my window hopeing he would draw the people to my home. Well, that did not work, so on the three week of the home being listed I buried him as the instructions suggested said my pray and was ready and willing for the home to sell. That week I have 3 people walked through and the third couple put in and offer YEA!!!! So a month later I closed on the home and moved in with Amber and her family. I did also dig St. Joseph up (as per the instructions) and I now have him with me !!! Miracles do happen and I was blessed with selling the home. At times I miss the home and the yard and all it had to offer, however it is time to look at different options. Which is what I am in the process of doing. Just never know where life will take you!
